Uses a 2" inch smooth slide to help hold in place during your dive with 2 sewn bands on each end. This allows you to slide your 2" inch webbing thru the sewn in bands with the slide make it lock in position once you align your waist pads
You get 2 comfort pads in your package
The short pad is roughly 9 3/4" / 24cm long where it is padded for comfort
The long one is 11 3/4" inches long covering more area
